Desperate cry for help

My cousin is coming this weekend, and I want to make him a nice veal paprikas, with daragaluske. Any tips, tricks, recipe suggestions?

Update: I'm happy to report that the borjupaprikas was mightily enjoyed by all, in no small measure because of the very fine borju provided by John Dewar & Co. Quality Meats.

Your brother, dude .... I remember comparing notes with him on the fruitless search for Japanese ingredients in Belgrade during the high-Zloba period.

Every time he comes to visit I gain weight! His recipe for chicken paprikash is what my wife uses when she wants to be nice to me, and even my mother conceded that his paprikash is better than hers, which is a major accomplishment. My mouth is watering as I type this....
